On February 24, 2022, the Russian army invaded Ukraine. I could not ignore the terrible events taking place in my country. That's why I decided to show the scale and horror of what is happening in Ukraine in the most visual way possible. Not to show it to the citizens of Ukraine (we can see and feel it like no one else), but to show it to the world community. After some time, I decided that these illustrations could be used to form a magazine, adding an informational component, and thus raise funds, buy ammunition and send it to the defenders. This is how NENKA magazine was born. The magazine combines creativity, history and volunteering. Now I have released the 4th issue, which is entirely dedicated to Mariupol. This issue tells about the history of the city's foundation, the development of the city and the Russian-Ukrainian war that has been going on since 2014. Creativity, history and volunteerism come together in NENKA magazine.
